How likely are you to recommend Kelly Batten, NP?
What patients say on Google
“Kelly and her staff are 10/10. She’s helped me through tough situations with hard feelings. She listens to me and she makes me feel comfortable doing something I’m deeply uncomfortable doing. (Sharing feelings) I have meds that I have to call for monthly and I never have a delay in getting refills unless there’s issues at the pharmacy.”
“I wish I could give stars in the negative. Beyond 0/10. I have had Kelly as a NP for 6 years. I have tried to look at her approach as “tough love” or “clinical” but she is just plain cruel. Very cold and makes you feel like you are nuisance. Every appointment is very rushed and she has you out the door in 15 minutes tops every time. I understand that she isn’t a therapist, but it is very hard to be open with her about vulnerable symptoms as she has no compassion or heart. I almost always leave my appointments in tears and feeling worse than when I went in. Extremely lazy, never punctual in prescribing medication on time, then when you end up running out of meds she degrades you for not taking your medication, as if it’s not within her power to put in prescriptions on time. She should absolutely not be in this field. Also the staff only like you when you aren’t showing symptoms, if you’re sad or agitated/etc, the staff gets extremely short with you. Kelly uses many backhanded phrases and is always unkind when I see her. Very disappointed.”
“Best behavior care facility I’ve experienced. Which should say a lot bc my mental health in the past was equivalent to a dumpster fire getting sucked up by a tornado.”
“The worst Psychiatry office I’ve ever been to. The front office is never on time filling important prescriptions. Kelly batten is a nurse practitioner attempting to diagnose severe mood disorders based on 10 minute discussions. Kelly Batten irresponsibly medicates based off assumptions she makes about people’s mental disabilities. To diagnose a patient with a mood disorder testing must take place. I have been to 4 psychiatrists since the age of 11. This was by far the worst experience with any behavioral health professionals I’ve ever had.”
