What patients say on Google
“UPDATE: I filed a complaint with the patient advocacy department. They allegedly conducted an investigation, but did not contact the unaffiliated health professional who was with me and witnessed everything. So, the quality of that investigation is suspect to say the least. They refused any appeal process, and more importantly, they also refused to provide the contact information of the appropriate licensing agency. This organization is not interested in protecting its patients or advocating for quality healthcare - they are interested in billing you/your insurance as often as possible for the least amount of work possible. Truly a sad state of affairs. If access to your medication is important to you, then look elsewhere. Linden Oaks has a policy not to assist patients who are struggling to locate a pharmacy that is able to fill a necessary prescription. They will spend more time explaining why it is not their responsibility to make sure that patients can access the medications they themselves are prescribing than it would take for them to actually just help the patient who is desperately seeking assistance. If you point out how dangerous it is to consistently have major interruptions with your medication access, these providers will drop you as a patient without notice. Despite the fact that an unaffiliated medical professional witnessed this facility's misconduct, this facility still made false and slanderous statements instead of accepting responsibility and implementing change to protect patients. Truly a disappointment. Since switching care, I have not once had any issues obtaining my medications. If this facility has told you it is your fault that you cannot access your medications, just know, they are wrong. You are being gaslit and should seek care elsewhere.”
“Irresponsible Dr. ! My son has been trying to get Dr Keller to refill his Rx's that he was put on months ago while he was a patient at Linden Oaks. Our pharmacy tried getting the medications approved with no success and recommended that he call the Dr himself. We left 2 messages for Dr Keller on two separate occasions and have not heard back. Extremely unprofessional & dangerous for her patients who rely on their medication.”
“Horrible. My psychiatrist what I’m vacation her name was Jenny. I was left with someone who didn’t know me to change medicines and they just said just take some more. I kept begging them saying it didn’t work and today Dr. Keller and or Jenny Ordered me the same drug I said doesn’t work. Jenny also falsified I had a fallen in my medical chart. This is untrue and I have never fallen. I had bad surgery and was recovering for a while. They never asked how I was. Michelle Rouche used to work here and changed my life. Besides Jenny never calling me back she cancelled at 7:58 today when our appointment was at leav me with no meds. We BEGGED Dr. Keller to take our call since 8 am this morning. Mallory said she had appointments she had to be on time to. I feel Their receptionist Susan implied I was suicidal because I said I was at the end of my rope of not getting a medicine I needed as refused to change to a medicine i kept saying doesnt works. Then she and should come be in inpatient. Never asked how I feel or how they could help or how they could get me in soon. It’s 3:05 still no call back and it refuses to let me reply to them in my chart. RUN from this place. Do not go here. I wouldn’t want my worst enemy treated the way they treated me during the hardest time of my life.”
“Dr. Keller has been my savior several times. She attentive and truly cares about her patients. I never have a problem getting a hold of her. If i need something she is right there.i c recommend her highly. She is also wonderful at knowing what meds the patient needs.”
