“This isn't a bad place but I dont feel counseling has been helpful to me or case managment services. Im still in the same position and been in the same position since I came here as a client. I been trying so hard on my own every single day. But needing help financially and the case manager that I had for the longest now tells me that the places that we been calling for help they want to help me no I dont think so cause if they wanted to help me they would have help me. And now im trying to call them to let them know that I dont want their services no more from here and no one will not answer the phone its like they know I dont want their services no more. And im just getting sick and tired, Having a case manager isn't always the answer or having a counselor either.. I just feel alone. Its hard my counselor would take to long to call me on our appointment day. So I dont think I want services from this place any more. If you cant help me fine nothing like helping me call churches and around to different places I mind as well cancel services with you all all together then. Me and my case manager has called places together i left a message but she didnt even leave one with me. Any way around they still would have not called me back. But I do not like doing life alone. Its always the same old tired shit every day of my life. I give my self credit and im proud of my self. This journey is hard. I dont wanna just do a lot of talking every week I want things to change. The apartment that I just got approved for my case manager did not help me fine that I found it I dont feel all that support of here. So Thank you for giving me the opportunity to be apart of this agency but I dont want services no more unfortunately.”

“This place is awesome and has been my blessing. Ashley, Darlene and their team have saved my life. They are my God send. It just seems all of the bad reviews are about med distribution. Mental health is a illness work the program, follow the rules. Learn patience. KCC works but you have to put the work in as well. I have never had any issues with confidentiality at the center if anything they have over accommodate me. I needed late appointments because of my work schedule, payment plans so I could continue to come when insurance didn't pay. I could continue forever about this place. THEY ARE GREAT MAY GOD CONTINUE TO BLESS THEM😘😘”
