“This provider did not listen to me. Forced me to go to emergency, and when what the emergency room did ACTUALLY WORKED, she refused the treatment because she doesn't "like those medications for anxiety." She sent a message telling the front office to tell me I wasn't allowed to call about medications or side effects. When I couldn't take the side effects anymore I sent a MyChart message begging to be tapered down. Her answer was to up the dose, claiming I asked for it. I certainly did not, I was begging to be taken off of it. I couldn't eat without throwing up, my gums were bleeding, I couldn't sleep, I was constantly dizzy, I had tremors, it was bad. I was not asking to increase this medication.She would continually try to put me on medications I was allergic to, or we had already discussed/tried because she didn't look at the chart. The office staff laughed at me. I asked to be transferred to another provider and was discharged as a patient. This woman even tried to take my PCP away because she's in the same office. She had her staff deny me a visit with my PCP to get a new referral to psychiatry claiming I was only looking for controlled substance. She specifically told me to go to network 180 instead of transfer of care. Do not trust this provider has your best interest at heart, she only has her own. I genuinely think she enjoys seeing her patients suffer. She certainly did me as she laughed at me awake for 27 days straight and didn't like the medications we used to get me some sleep. And don't count on the office staff. I was laughed at, called names, treated with hostility, and told I was lying. I made a case with patient relations and 4 months later I can't even get an apology. This woman is dangerous. I got better medical advice from Google, which was certainly more present than she was.”
