“I adore Dr. McNeil. I was also a patient of Dr. Natividad, and I have had nothing but excellent experiences with Dr. McNeil. During our first appointment, she took a lot of time to listen, and she does so every single time.”

“If I could rate them a zero I would or even a negative. I was a patient of Dr. Natividad for years, never had one problem. From the moment I started going to McNeil, things were unorganized, and the front staff needless to say were mean, and disrespectful. You couldn’t get a prescription filled unless you had your appointment first and when you call the office, you have to wait at least 48 hours to get a phone call back because they don’t pick up the phone like a normal doctors office. I’ve asked to speak with her personally and can’t seem to get past her front office staff. I would not send my worst enemy to this doctors office because I can promise you you will leave worse than when you went in. The medical field staff are supposed to show empathy and understanding and that’s definitely a class that this Office missed. In all my years of seeing doctors, this is by far the worst experience. If you can go anywhere else, please do because this doctors office is a dumpster fire. The office manager has to be the worst excuse for the term manager I have ever seen. Her dismissive demeaning attitude is part of what is wrong with the world today. No Customer Service!! I was amazed to see all the negative reviews in reading them was like my own experience. Honestly, don’t know how they stay in business.”

“Dr. McNeil is very caring and compassionate. She listens to your concerns and pays attention to your symptoms. When we were having problems with finding a med that I could tolerate and worked, she referred me to another doctor that does a specialized in office treatment that she thought would be a good option for me. She was right, it has helped immensely! At this time , she can't offer this treatment herself but she wanted what was best for me. I highly recommend her!”

Her staff are always polite and helpful as well. I cannot recommend Dr. McNeil enough!”
