“My practioner's great... but the checkin-process for the Zoom telehealth sessions with her have become a bloody nightmare. Since I don't have sign-on difficulties for any other zoom meetings for organizations to which I belong, this has to be on the Lifestance end of things. Instructions are incomplete and/or POORLY WRITTEN. So much so, that I couldn't get signed on for an appointment several months ago, couldn't get support from lifestance and was billed for a session because I "was a no-show" !!! AND i HAD BEEN ATTEMPTING TO DO SO FOR 10 MINUTES PRIOR TO MY APPOINTMENT TIME.”
