What patients say on Google
“Dr. Kasia has made such a positive impact on our son. Our son started seeing Dr. Kasia twice a week during his 7th grade year of junior high before she had her own practice. He is living with aspergers. So, he was often angry bcuz he was teased & misunderstood. I will be honest, I was hopeful, but not expecting much when I saw Dr. Kasia. I was thinking, she has nothing in common with my African-American son. He needs an African-American male counselor. Within a few weeks, I started to see suttle changes in his behavior. I don't know what she would say to him when he goes in that room, but it was working! She told him that whatever they talk about was between the 2 of them unless, he wants her to tell my husband & I. We were fine with that, because we wanted him to feel comfortable opening up. Dr. Kasia would also listen to our concerns & address them with our son as well. Then, his demeanor started to change into less & less anger. His attitude became mor positive. I began to start thanking God for the angel he sent to help our son. I also love Dr. Kasia's ability to know when to start lessening the sessions. So, he went down to once a week sessions, to once a month & finally ending the sessions. We all agreed before taking each step. Our son is a senior now & is a totally different person. We just ended his session, about a month ago. I can not thank Dr. Kasia enough or say enough great things about her. Dr. Kasia also told my son that although their sessions have ended, she is still available to him when he needs it. That gave him some relief & helped with separation anxiety, because stopping the sessions made him nervous. I am so glad I didn't let my prejudgement scare me away without giving Dr. Kasia a chance, because she did an awesome job with our son. She's a beautiful, calm & sweet person. Our son needed that. Thanks again Dr. Kasia. Keep being a blessing to children's lives. You are not only changing their lives, but the world.”
“Kasia takes the time to listen and allow the child to work through explaining and exploring their emotions, all the while offering tools to help everyone grow and learn together.”
