“Horrible customer service! Refused to schedule an appointment and does not maintain a wait list. Told me to call back in 2 weeks. When I called the next month, they refused to schedule an appointment again! I was told that the therapists accepting my insurance are fully booked. They could not set up an appointment in the future because according to the representative there was no guarantee that the patients will show up due to finding other therapists.”
