“Unfortunately had a bad experience in my last visit. I suffer from constant sinus issues and to the point they become very serious, ie, fever, and severe headache and congestion. I went in hoping to get those symptoms cleared and was simply thrown out by a PA which I won’t state the name, but was told that it’s just allergies and my symptoms and negative Covid, strep, and flue results were enough reason for NO treatment. All the while, ignoring the reason I actually went to be seen. It’s kind of crazy how a patient has to beg a medical professional FOR treatment, knowing it’s needed, and then stating NO. Insane.”
