“I was not able to be seen because I had my 10-year old daughter with me. I understand that there is a “no children” policy they’ve had in place for years, but I didn’t know about it until today. I’m sick and came to my physician to get seen and get some help. While this might be your policy, you all should provide other avenues for parents who do not have childcare at the last minute. It’s summer and all students are out from school. I asked for tele-health and was told this was not available. I asked if she could wear a mask and also received a no. I will not be returning to this physician. There has to be some solution or alternative for parents with children.”

“My family member was extremely disappointed by the way she was treated by Vanessa Aguilar during her recent doctor’s visit. She did not feel cared for or understood at all, she felt belittled and dismissed. Due to the way she was treated, she will not be returning to this clinic and would not recommend it to others seeking care.”

“Staff doesn’t answer phone calls. When the did, I was placed on hold for 20 minutes and no one checked on my call. I will find another clinic that has more of a reliable staff.”

“I highly recommend them. Love the fact that when you walk in the receptionist welcome you with a smile. The provider was very attentive to me. Also referrals are taken care within a couple of days. Walk-ins are welcome when there is availability. There is a wait but we also need to understand we are being worked in between patients. Tysm WFCC for all that you do.🙌🏼🙏🏼♥️”
