How likely are you to recommend Kaizen Clinical Partners (RGV Adult & Internal Medicine Specialists)?
What patients say on Google
“PA Cano did a great job. She listened carefully, explained everything clearly, and made sure I felt comfortable throughout my visit. Truly appreciate her professionalism and care. She took the time to explain my treatment plan in a way that made sense. I left feeling confident and taken care of. She was welcoming, attentive, and made the whole experience feel easy. Highly recommend her.”
“Both nurses crystal and Vanessa said no to seeing me when it was only 4:15pm with only 1 patient in the lobby. They close at 5pm. I understand closing time on a Friday. But you’re here to service your patients. I came in for some severe pain and was denied service. I will be reporting to medical board.”
“Marty at the front door was super sweet and welcoming, my doctor Dr. Cano was super helpful and made sure I felt safe and answered all my questions. On my way out Nancy checked me out and was very kind and helpful!! Overall amazing experience!!”
“Horrible clinic, provider prescribed me medication I told them previously landed me in the ER (sglt-2 inhibitor gave me DKA, probably re-prescribed since it's standard) and was prescribed meds for hyperlipidemia but no orders sent to the pharmacy. Even more annoying was an outside cardiac consult was ordered, front staff said they ordered the appointment and have me a time and date but refused to tell me where and with who. Came in the Friday before just to confirm the appointment (it's a gamble to get them on the phone) and they said sure the appointment was that coming Wednesday. Got a call the Tuesday before saying now I had a later appointment that Wednesday to be given labs paperwork (not even with a provider), asked about the cardiac consult and they said they had no record of it. Had to leave work early to go ask, they said they had the paperwork ready but the appointment was pending, just needed staff to call and to just take the appointment paperwork and they'll take me in. I finally learned which cardiac clinic, called to confirm and they said they had no record of an appointment. Went back into this clinic to complain, they told me it was too late to call and they'd for sure call in the morning to make sure I had the appointment. Went to the cardiac clinic Wednesday morning, guess what, no appointment, paperwork from this clinic meant nothing. Started trying to call the clinic again to get them to call when the cardiac staff helped and got me in (2 cancellations) thankfully. Almost lost a day off work from their incompetence, go anywhere else.”
