What patients say on Google

“Sitting here with a splitting headache because my psychiatrist, Dr. Babalakin, forgot to put in my refill. So now I’m going through cold turkey withdrawals from a medication that’s for my mental health and blood pressure. This is after calling the office every day for four days asking them to please have her send it in. This is also after having to do the same thing for a week straight the prior month to get her to send in my medication. I feel so bad for the poor receptionists because they have to keep listening to me when it’s not their fault, but I literally have no direct line of contact with Dr. Babalakin so what else can I do? My appointments are for fifteen minutes and they always shows up one minute late, then ask, “How are you?” Nod politely as they listen, then immediately go to schedule my next appointment. No discussion, no further questions, no attempt to diagnose my medical issues or to even pretend they care. So my appointments take maybe 4-5 minutes max. The drive thru workers at Chick-Fil-A care more about getting my order right than these people care about my mental health. It’s also extremely obvious they barely take the time to even skim the file they have on me. I don’t expect them to remember everything about me, I’m sure they have a lot of patients, but they have no idea what my diagnoses are, what medications I’m on, why I’m there, just the basic stuff that you should review in my file before an appointment. It’s clear they are doing the absolute bare minimum they can in order to stay licensed and making money off me. It’s beyond frustrating to be struggling with your mental health and have to constantly beg the poor receptionists just to try and get your doctor to send your medications in. I’ve been to a lot of doctors and psychiatrists, and this is truly the most unprofessional, uncaring, shameless group I have ever seen. And honestly? If I could at least get my medications it would be whatever, but they somehow can’t even be bothered to do that. This has been my experience with Nurse Practitioner Jennifer and Dr. Babalakin, maybe you’ll have better luck with others. The people who work the front desk are wonderful and I can’t overstate how bad I feel about having to constantly bother them with calls.”

“Unprofessional, sketchy, and completely negligent with patient care!!! If I could give this clinic zero stars, I would. Dealing with them has been an absolute nightmare! They have completely gone radio silent—will not answer phone calls, will not return voicemails, and have essentially ghosted me. Because of their total lack of communication, I haven't even been able to get through to pay my bill. They WILL NOT return any voicemails whatsoever! Worst of all, because I can't reach anyone, my medication was completely stopped. For a clinic dealing with healthcare, abruptly cutting off someone who is just starting out on a new ADHD medication is incredibly dangerous and horrible for a patient's mental health. There is something seriously off and sketchy about how this place is run. If you value your health, communication, and basic patient safety, stay far away from this clinic. They do not care about their patients. Find somewhere else!”

“Deidre Hall is very professional and friendly and easy to talk to. I've had several telehealth sessions with her and she has always been that way. Very courteous and likable. Thank you, Deirdre!”

“My son attends appointments via telehealth with Mrs. Hall. Our last appointment was exceptional like always. She listened to my concerns, answered all of my questions and even provided a document I had requested less than 24hrs later. She makes me comfortable with speaking to her regarding my son and I don’t feel like he’s being judged or like I’m being judged. She’s very attentive and understanding”
