“The office staff needs work. So much confusion with making appointments. I had to have at least 6 phone calls to Book one appointment. The appointment I had originally booked Was cancelled by an office staff and rescheduled and I was notified. That date didn’t work for me so it was another reschedule. All in one day! I have never had such a hard time getting an appointment scheduled. But as far as my daughter’s dr and provider. They are amazing. We are extremely happy with the care she gets.”

“Tiara was actually amazing but if you need a simple Prior authorization sent over to your insurance DO NOT get your hopes up because I waited 3 weeks and it was still not sent over. Staff is rude they were literally no help at all. I Eventually, had to find someone else Because there’s no reason I should’ve waited no more than a week for a prior authorization to be sent over.”

“I originally loved my time here, but when I experienced a medical emergency and was no longer able to make appointments, I had asked a third-party in my family to cancel future appointments, and due to my family being really against therapy they chose not to even after explaining that it was not my choice to do no-shows and that I had doctors notes, proving it was not my choice to not be able to attend my sessions. That I was experiencing life-threatening medical conditions I was still told that I was not allowed to see my original therapist. There were no exceptions.”

“I’ve been a patient at Jydes Family Clinic for approx 5 years now. However, I got pregnant and throughout my pregnancy I quit going concerned that maybe the medication wasn’t safe for my baby. But started going back there recently and I Really think I am going to enjoy seeing Rose Mary she was very detailed oriented, she throughly asked questions to determine proper medication. She was very organized she had to look something up durning our visit but she knew exactly where to find the info to return to me ASAP and I appreciate that.
