“I was told the appointment is required once a year. They have not been doing it once a year for me. I literally was in and out of her office in under five minutes. I don’t feel anything was accomplished except them collecting a co-pay. And keep in mind, my credit card was used without my consent at life stance to my account. They also tried to charge me an additional $80 fee that my flexible spending account rejected. Fortunately, for me, that was not an authorized charge either. It concerns me that it could be considered fraudulent behavior. My card was used without my consent! Very unprofessional!”
