“I absolutely can't say enough great and positive things about JTNB!! Coming from someone who has seen several therapists from different counseling centers throughout the years, JTNB is the only place I will ever go and I just wish I would've found them from the beginning! Ashley, Tabitha, Darrian and Sara just to name a few are the absolute best and my two buddies Harper and Raven make everything that much better! I've been going to JTNB for over 10 years! Anyone that knows me personally knows when it comes to my mental health I don't BS around! I wouldn't be leaving a review on here if I didn't feel like I could help someone else, so if you're reading this, just know that this is by far the ONLY place I will ever go and the ONLY place I will ever suggest for someone else! Keep this in mind also! If you ever call and it's going to be several weeks before they can get you in for an appointment, there's a reason for that! I tend to shake my head reading reviews on certain businesses, but I also do not leave any reviews unless I am passionate about it, whether positive or negative! Do your own homework and read reviews about counseling centers! You'll find that JTNB is the only place to go!”

“Front desk scheduled my appointments on an appt card. When I arrived for the appt, I was informed the appointment was not entered into their system. Took 6 weeks to even schedule an appt, so highly inconvenient to drive over, take the day off work just to be told sorry no appt for you today. Therapist seemed professional, front scheduling person not professional.”

“take very long time for appointment. then sometimes on text appointment reminder. send wrong timing. plug really need new reception at desk that will work with customer. 20 minutes later then want you wait for another 2-3 month for new appointment.”

Also getting to spend an hour with medical professional, who actually cared and listen to all of my issues and helped me come up with a plan that I actually felt a part of was just amazing.
