This clinic rarely returns calls in a timely manner and almost never answers the phone. Dane County should consider partnering with a different facility, because this one is not meeting expectations. I’m simply trying to help my daughter, and they make the process almost impossible. Mind you there is an ROI on file. Its no wonder they are a two star facility!”
