Then this office has doubled charged same day visits and overcharged me and will do nothing to correct it. I had to launch a fraud investigation from my health insurance to correct it. My insurance did not cover their school counselor and I was never told I had to pay for the SCHOOL counselor so they used Joshua Franks name so my insurance accepted it. St Lawrence Health Billing will not help me either. Very Shady Business Practice. Watch your bills on the mycare app, they are different from the ones you get in the mail. That is how I figured it out. Shameful.”
