“I went through at least 10 different psychiatrists before finally finding Dr. Kut. I've been seeing him for about 5 years now and he is truly the best I've ever worked with. Please note he also specializes in addiction-- I believe he actually used to run a methadone clinic. Many times people suffering from addiction have co-occurring psych issues, but it's near impossible to find a psychiatrist who fully understands addiction like he does (speaking from experience, unfortunately). Honestly, a doctor like Dr. Kut is a rare find!”

“Whoever the receptionist is that works at this office is absolutely horrible. I was a new patient trying to make an appointment and had verified on the Blue Cross website that this doctor was in network for me. He also is through Northwest Community Hospital along with every other doctor that I see. She demanded that I verify this through my insurance via phone. After calling Blue Cross and spending 20 minutes on hold, they directed me back to the same website that I had already used to verify this doctor. When I called the office back, she answered the phone by saying "Hold On" and then setting the phone down on the desk so that I could hear everything going on in the background. Then after about 3 minutes she came back on and I said I had previously spoken with her and verified that Dr. Kut was in my network of doctors. At this point she STILL gave me a problem! Is this doctor not accepting new patients? Finally she said, let me look at his availability and again set the phone down for another couple of minutes. At this point, I had enough of a bad taste in my mouth that I knew I would not want to deal with this same encounter when making a doctor appointment every few months that I hung up. This may in fact be a great doctor but recommendation - GET A NEW RECEPTIONIST because you lost a patient over her.”
