What patients say on Google
“It is always a pleasure to visit this clinic. The staff is excellent—always extremely polite and patient, and they always do a great job. Dr. Courtney Estes is a wonderful doctor; she is always very friendly and helps resolve any issues I have. Many thanks to her, as well as to all the wonderful nurses and administrative staff. You are all amazing!”
“I don’t know how this place doesn’t have more stars. Stephanie Holmeyer is amazing, Courtney is so good with my daughter I could cry. The child’s dentist made the needle experience so perfect it relieved my anxiety too and did I mention their medical assistant Lexi? I hate getting poked and couldn’t even feel it. They are literally amazing!”
“Extremely disappointed in this Jordan valley location. They tried to charge me $288 for new X-rays and “triage” the pain for a filling that came out of a root canal tooth I had done through them. Wouldn’t accept the X-rays from my new dentist office and the dentist NEVER even came in to look at what was going on. Worst part is they made sure to tell me I couldn’t use the slide scale for this visit until I met with whoever to apply. Then I could come back next week and set up a treatment plan. I hate that this is our public health care facility. If I could give a zero stars I would.”
“Spoke to the team, prior to being serviced. I made the inqury on if the procedure was going to be covered by my insurance. I was told yes the procedure would be fully covered no expense to me other than my co pay. I payed the co pay got treated left all was well. Few weeks later I got a bill in the mail no it was not fully covered. Spoke to tabith the clinic manager whom basically stated it does not matter what they told me before being serviced still responsible for the bill. Moral of the story dont trust anything they say about what your insurance will cover. I have used them for several years now as a primary care. For a doctors office if they cannot be trusted at there word on things of this level its hard to trust anything from them. I will find somewhere else to be serviced for future needs. Tabith represents this clinic as there manager poorly. If your reading this do yourself a favor find a medical facility whom is reputable and trust worthy. Dont expect the reply they give on these reviews to mean anything more than them trying to appear like they care about your poor experience here. They are merely trying to appear like they do to any reading these reviews”
