Despite the practice being listed as accepting patients, I was advised that no providers within the company were available and no alternative recommendations were offered. Please update your public information to accurately reflect your current availability so prospective patients do not spend time pursuing services that are not available. I will also be notifying the insurance company so their provider directory can be updated accordingly and prevent other members from experiencing the same issue.”
