The office has made great changes when it comes to the ambiance, front desk, and has added additional treatments for healing. These treatments include red light therapy, infrared sauna, and hyperbaric chamber. If you’re looking for a genuine Dr. for your care I recommend this place!”

“The office staff is horrible. I called to make an appointment with Dr. Ahmed and they said I had been dropped as a patient because I hadn't seen the Dr. in two months....I saw him 7 weeks ago... And tried to make an appt. multiple times during that time and no one ever picked up. The staff also made that decision to drop me while he was on vacation??? He gave the clerical staff the ok to drop patients if they haven't been seen in two months. That's insane. ALSO, THEY WILL TAKE MONEY OFF YOUR BILL IF YOU LEAVE A GOOD REVIEW. Multiple times they will call in prescriptions (late) and give the pharmacy the wrong birth date, keeping me from being able to pick up my script. I call back and have to wait days for it to be called back in with the right birth date. They have scheduled me and someone else at the same time, multiple times.”

“I have been trying to get into this office on/off for 3 years. At no point in that time period have his office staff made any significant attempt to answer the phone, they refuse to call during established availability or leave voicemails, and if you miss a call they will intentionally let you go to voicemail over and over when you do call back. Called early December 2025 to start setting up appointments for the new year. The office did not get ahold of me for intake until Jan 5th. After weeks of not hearing from them, I finally got ahold of the office on Feb 12th, scheduled a visit for the 20th, at which point they then called me back stating Dr.Ahmed would not take me on as a patient without any explanation, referral, or follow-up. I am shocked at how difficult it has been to get ahold of anyone in their office (yet again and still), and waiting weeks/months each time to be seen, without even a courtesy call, only to have the rug pulled out from under me at the last minute is obscene. I am especially disappointed since I was referred to him by my childhood therapist who worked with him of the same office, and spoke very highly of him and his staff.”
