She is professional, caring, and supportive and the only one who understands my needs. I love being with this center; the office is so nice and clean. The wait time is nothing and the hours are flexible. I cannot stress enough how much Michelle has taught me and helped me with many important life decisions on my own, but she is encouraging, empowering, and supportive. I work in social work, and she's so attentive to my physical, emotional, and mental health. Michelle helps me stay grounded and focused along with feeling loved and comforted. My daughter receives treatment from here as well with Katherine Ott and is extremely happy with her treatment. My daughter is hard to find a connection for, and Katherine has been wonderful, and it's been over a year as well. I recommend seeking services through Joi Counseling.”
