What patients say on Google
“My daughter has been getting her depression medication through them for a couple of years . We are set up for 6 month phone appointments for medication management. Without these appointments her medication will not get filled. We had an appointment set waited by the phone for 3 hrs they never called . After a week of calling with no answer and leaving messages with no return call I finally get a person on the phone to be told they called multiple times with no answer on said day and that my voicemail was not setup which as a flat out lie. Then was told they would only take the word of the nurse who wrote the chart . In return my daughter now has to wait almost a month to get her medication refilled .unfortunately this is the only place her insurance will cover for mental health . If you have a choice at all do not go there. They do not care about their patients and have terrible people that mess with a child’s medication working there.”
“This facility may provide treatment but search elsewhere for "care". My loved was a established patient. They were receiving treatment here. After much time, trial and error a good regimen was established. Our family was so excited ...finally they were gainfully employed and things were upward bound. Our loved one changed to the employers insurance - which thankfully was accepted here. The clerical staff didn't coordinate their benefits properly ( change patient to a in network provider within the practice). A balance was unknowingly being accumulated. On a normal appt. the patient was advised they couldn't be seen until the balance was resolved completely. A good faith PMT was made and subsequent appt was made. Next appt same occurrence, no meds were administered again. The medication had been made available at no cost through a manufacturer program. Time after time the patient was unable to obtain the meds needed due to the billing error and balance. Over time our loved one began to regress. Calls, contact, and partial payments did not afford our family member access to treatment. The patient lost their job and everything continues to decline. This type of negligence is unlawful. How could this happen??? How could an billing error lead to medicinal depravity for an insured established patient?? The patient remain untreated and still suffers as of late. TLDR- Find "care" elsewhere, if you can. Monitor treatment and billing closely. The office staff is less than positive, helpful, concerned, or resolute.”
“This place is a game changer for mental health. Really amazing team that can get your life back on track!”
“I came here for severe depression after losing my husband. They lost my medication and made me feel like I was crazy and didn’t give my meds about 20 bottles to the guard. The guard was called and he said he didn’t get my meds. There is no air in my room or several of the rooms and I am asthmatic. I was told if they couldn’t find my meds I would have to go to the hospital. Also I Called the police and was filing a police report. They Miraculously found my meds finally. I couldn’t even stay because I cant sleep in a room with no air! I really needed help but can’t even get that here! Having to leave before I even got to get therapy! Horrible experience!”
