“Lifestance Health has been a Godsend for me, personally! My PsyMD, Dr. John McGraw has been my Lifeline! I’ve been seeing him since I suffered a TBI in October of 2021 & I couldn’t be more thankful. I’ve battled mental illness since age 20, I was dx’d bipolar1 in May of 1999 & Lifestance, from the front desk staff to Dr. McGraw’s Medical Sssistants (especially Kendra), have been great, as has Dr. McGraw. He listens, he knows his stuff and he always cares & is empathetic. The only gripe I have & this isn’t Lifestance’s fault, is the VeeSee clinic app. It frequently goes out while waiting to connect & Dr. McGraw & I have had to connect via telephone instead of telehealth, which is what I normally do. Thank you Lifestance, for everything!”

“LifeStance is an absolute nightmare across the board! Dr. McGraw is the second Dr. I’ve had to walk away from at this awful place. He seemed nice when I had my first appointment. After that, I called in four times in a row, because I needed my meds refilled, and ran out. I stressed to this woman who I talked to that I was feeling sick and lethargic, and nauseous from not having my pills, and this man never bothered to call them in! I had to have my primary doctor call them in for me! Absolutely inexcusable! I also requested for the manager of the medications department to call me back regarding this, and HE didn’t call me either! The nurse I tried before McGraw was nasty and rude as well. Not to mention, they are in the process of re billing my account because they screwed that up too! This place is a joke. When you call the main number, you’re usually on hold for at least 45 minutes or more. At this point, I need to go to their board of directors. Please heed my warning, and go somewhere else for your mental health care!”
