“Waited three months for my mom to have her psych evaluation for her dementia. He took her off of low dose Seroquel cold turkey and wouldn’t give her anymore until this psych evaluation. We show up in time to find out it’s to be over the phone. They called my mom’s phone, the one with dementia, even though they know I’m the main contact. What? He’s going to do a full psych evaluation on 83 year old with dementia? I had even called the week before to confirm time no nobody said it wasn’t in person. We showed up and told the lady at desk. She was scared to call up to him to explain even though she really did want to help. All my mom’s doctors have seen her person even during the heavy Covid times. My mom has been vaccinated. You can’t even see patients through a glass wall or something? I told the lady at the desk to forget it. If she wants so nervous to call up to this Dr, then I didn’t want my sweet, confused mom to talk to him. Wasted time!”
