What patients say on Google

“worst counting counseling service in the country. I made it very clear to these people that i was located in Newport News Virginia and they set me up with a therapist to talk to virtually just to call me the day after my appointment with him to say that they cant see me anymore because im in VA and their in NC. they played in my face and with my time when im am trying to get help! I want to thank Matthew though my counselor there he was great and i really liked him! he doesn’t deserve to work for trash like this company”

“Vassa is an awesome therapist!!! He is very helpful, knowledgeable, and experienced. He has the knowledge to address the problems, even though we face different problems, that plague us. He is kind and caring and I totally recommend him. Thank you so much Jodi Providence!”

“my parents forced me to go after a traumatic event when i was around 8 years old. i personally saw Jodi, and i saw her alone. my breaking point with that woman came when she broke patient/doctor confidentiality. she always told me that what i shared with her was private, that i could trust her, and that she wouldn’t tell anyone. one appointment, i opened up to her about confusing and traumatic things that were going on with a family member. the next day, my mom busted into my room and started yelling at me that i was “the one with the issues, so i should be talking to Jodi about me. not my family members.” obviously put 2 and 2 together, Jodi told my mom what i shared during a PRIVATE counseling session. and because of this, there’s a good chance that she was lying to me and had been breaking confidentially the whole time. i will never trust a therapist or counselor again because of her.”

“Was concerned in the beginning when they were able to diagnose my daughter without talking to both parents involved in a divorce. Then to have the counselor turn down information to aid in daughter's treatment and my concerns due to "his billing dept could not accept double payment on same day." His billing was more important than any issues that had arisen with his patient. Then to have him confront me at an appointment with my daughter in front of my daughter about my wife and my last court hearing and how he was told his crudentials were brought into question along with his diagnosis. A counselor for a child going through divorce should be unbiased and only concerned about the child, not what happens in court hearings. Not to mention that it was very unprofessional to discuss at all in front of my 7 year old daughter.”
