“I worked with Jane for about a year. When I started working with her, I was despondent. During our first appointment, to smile was a strange and foreign act. As I explained my history and diagnoses, I was afraid she might view me as untreatable. Just as my previous PHPs had. Instead, she offered a plush smile. The soft, fluffy kind you pick to keep you warm. In our very first meeting, she told me I deserved to get better. And she would try her best to help me. To me, who felt so undeserving of everything, but especially joy, this felt like a threat. But naturally, it also felt like an invitation to step into something bigger than all my fears. It felt warm like cashmere. Cool like the floor. That's just the kind of person Jane is. She is a PHP who treats community, not clients. Someone who provides support and understanding. I always got the sense that she cared and would fight for me. And that she did. I recommend her to anyone and everyone. Specifically, those in need of a little kindness, a lot of support, and maybe a pill or two.”

“I don't normally share reviews but this company's business practices and ethics are not good. I set an appointment on Friday March 13th for Monday March 16th. Horrible weather is coming through our area and Suday afternoon all schools in are area closed. We have 4 boys so i cancelled as soon as I found out yesterday. Today they still charged me $300 per there 48 hour cancellation policy. This extreme weather is complely out of my control and they have no remose or willing to work with me at all.”
