She has an excellent bedside manner and I really felt that she took her time with every issue I was concerned about. She even took the time to educate me on a few things that I was not aware of. I can't say enough good things about her. Her staff has always treated me well and I have never had any issues there. Everyone is very nice that I have encountered here. There are not very many doctors that take the time that she does. I am sorry for the person who had a negative experience, but others need to know that there are patients who have had an opposite experience too. I am very grateful to have her as my physician. :)”

“I have experience in the health field And my Mom has been a patient at this office for 62 yrs. She was treated extremely poorly. The Dr. Ortlibe would not see her. My Mom is 84 and has trouble hearing. My Mom has also just recently lost her younger sibling and only sister within one month. My Mom went to Dr. Ortlibe on her scheduled appointment and they wouldn't see her. And she needed blood pressure medicine as well as heart medicine. My Mom was adamant about seeing Dr. Ortlibe and she finally saw my Mom. And management forged my Mom's signature saying she had been a no show. My Mom would never not call and reschedule they lied and said she had 3 no shows which is untrue. They said she can no longer be a patient there. My Mom was treated like dirt.. and didn't even get her medicine that day. And still hasn't got them. My Mom could of passed away and they do not care. This is not a caring office. I wouldn't take my dog there. Doctor's take a Hippocratic Oath to take care of their patients. Obviously Dr. Ortlibe was absent on that day. Please do not go to this office unless you want your loved one to be treated badly and lied to. Unless you are very rich and below the age of 30. DO NOT go here.. My Mom is a very kind and loving person and they should of known this. I'm very troubled about this office being about dollar signs and not patients. The whole office should not be in this field if they can't understand people. They need to close this office. Or get ALL new employees. This is so inhumane!! Shame on all of you..!!! Nasty, Nasty, people..”
