“Awful experience. First time I went to the office they had me fill out outdated paperwork that was clearly from the 70’s, the receptionist has hung up on me mid conversation multiple times, and he HORRIBLY condescending. Not at all a comfortable experience. First time you go to the office he tells you he’s qualified to do everything under the sun which was jarring and made me feel like he isn’t very truthful. He’s overly confident, arrogant and stares at you in a creepy way that makes you want to leave. After 3 sessions I am appalled by the lack of empathy I was shown. If you are a young woman with mental health issues do not go to him. ESPECIALLY for psychiatric issues!!!!!!! He makes no effort to understand you and he will be outwardly rude. I shut down after interrogating me like I was an addict because I used to smoke weed. Put a bad taste in my mouth and talked to me like I was crazy because I was not comfortable with him. To anyone out there struggling, you are not crazy and you should never be talked down to the way I was. Doctors are supposed to understand, he puts a label on you and goes from there.”

“Dr. Alberts is not legally qualified to be giving out prescriptions. He gave me convulsant antipsychotics after I was hospitalized for a grand mal seizure. I now have permanent returning sleep paralysis because of them. He broke HIPPA and told my sister about my case and how he thought I was faking it. Do not go here if you value your health and well being. If you want a fake doctor that will prescribe you whatever his finger lands on in a book, feel free!”

“Dr Alberts is listed as an Adolescent Medicine Specialist NOT mental health. Sorry to hear Valerie had a bad experience with him. He was wonderful with both of my sons. They started seeing him in their mid teens. Both sons were able to be in their appointments without me, and discussed with me what they felt was pertinent to the questions that I myself asked as a parent. And for being caught in cars drinking , that is not a doctors’ call on punishment. Fortunately, for me, my sons never dabbled and alcohol or recreational drugs before legal age. I was as a do as. I do parents not a do as I say parent. Dr Jeffrey Alberts was number one in my sons’ books and that’s more than enough for me. The staff is also wonderful. Sorry for such a late mention Staff!”
