They truly go above and beyond to solve (and in many cases prevent) issues with insurance, scheduling, etc. As for therapists, so much of that depends on individual preferences and feeling matched. Even though I saw one therapist here, I'm comfortable recommending any of them. You can tell they work as a team to help a new patient find the therapist most likely to match with them. Overall it's an incredibly supportive and safe place to be.”

“I have been seeing my counselor for several years and when she opened this practice, I followed her here. It is so important to have a safe and comfortable environment to walk into for this type of care and that is exactly how I feel from the second i step in the door. The front desk administrator is so polite and kind, and soft spoken to maintain privacy. The waiting area is always decorated for every holiday so it feels homey and festive. Finding pockets of joy and reasons to celebrate is important. This practice will work with most insurance or will help figure out a self pay program. The person in charge of billing is a wizard with insurances. At the previous places I went, I had so many issues with visits not being billed to insurance correctly and this clinic eliminated that stress for me. I cannot say enough good things about my experience here. I’ve seen only one provider here but I have full confidence that every provider here is highly skilled, enjoys their career, and genuinely wants to help people.”
