What patients say on Google

“I used to love Jason! Followed him to his new practice despite him not accepting my insurance. I chose to see him anyway and pay out of pocket. I had a problem with ONE medication in particular recently after a large surgery I had. Nothing that Jason prescribed to me. I got helped for this one medication, however, despite not ever having problems with the medications Jason has prescribed for me for at least 8 years, he completely refuses to prescribe these medications anymore. Completely left me “high and dry” so to speak. I’ve written many emails and he doesn’t respond. I told him I was at risk for a seizure and he didn’t care about that either. I actually did have a seizure and the ER doctors claim that it’s considered malpractice to refuse to wean patients down from particular medications! I used to think Jason was unlike most “doctors” (he’s not a Dr he’s a PA, but still) and actually thought Jason truly cared about people but it’s like he’s become like any other doctor that just wants a patient for the “number” and “money.” He has shown all he cares about is numbers since opening this new practice. If you have ever had a problem with just one medication, don’t go see Jason because he will “patient profile” you as a drug seeking addict. So very disappointed in Jason after so many years trusting him with my care. And referred so many people to him. But now I’m stuck with a huge EMS bill because he wouldn’t trust me in return or at least have enough respect to respond to my emails!”

“Dr. Flassing and his staff have gone above and beyond for me multiple times. They sincerely care about their patients, and provide excellent and professional care. I have tried many different psychiatrist practices and I feel very comfortable here.”
Benjamin Rivera
“Three years after sending an email to Jason to see if he was accepting new patient, I still receive the newsletter emails. Which is really weird. I even got a "happy birthday" email which said "thank you for being a valued patient." The weird thing is, HE NEVER RESPONDED to my email asking if he was accepting patients. I never met him, set up an appointment with him, or ANYONE at the office there. I didn't receive care from him, and was never told if he wasn't accepting new patients.”
Cory Snider
“Jason and Lauren are caring, professional and truly devoted to each patient. Both have gone above and beyond for me! They listen and value the patient’s input when developing a plan of care. Highly recommend Caring Psych!!”
