How likely are you to recommend Jane Pauley Community Health Center, Wigwam?
What patients say on Google
“Visually - it’s a very nice, clean clinic & love what they provide to the community. Our baby loved the fish tank in the waiting room. However, we walked in with a healthy baby - walked out with Norovirus in the whole family for next 5 days. Also, we felt very pressured into giving our baby a couple vaccines that we decided we don’t want to give, even when we provided our personal explanations on why we decided to go without. Would come back - just would request a different DR & sanitize the room ourselves upon arrival”
“If I could give the doctor Audrey zero stars I would . She's Terrible! She don't listen to the patients concern's. She's concided and acts like she don't half to do her job unless she wants to . I highly recommend looking for a different doctor . She's not a good person at all !!!!”
“Where do I begin? I have went here for a full year. Had the same nurse practitioner , audre johnson, the whole time. I had a high risk pregnancy when I started going here. I mainly dealt with Riley for those purposes. But after giving birth, audre was my pcp. This place is an absolute joke. God forbid you have severe anxiety and need frequent visits , you’re a nuisance. I had several concerns about my health, tried addressing them, and was told that we would cover only a couple of things . No! You are my pcp , you address it all. She always comes into the room with an attitude. Every single time! Needed blood pressure and thyroid medications managed. She didn’t feel “comfortable” managing them. That’s kind of your job to manage medications for your patients. Every time I would call to see what I needed to do with my symptoms ; was told to go to the er. Even to go to a different one! Repeatedly. She would complain about it and reported me to my insurance for what her staff and team were telling me to do. They told me I had diabetes just because my urine had a lot of sugar in it. Because they ran it 24 hours later and let it just sit until then. It’s no longer accurate at that time. Misdiagnosed me on several occasions. Seeked help elsewhere and was admitted to hospital countless of times because of the negligence she has. Have heard the ladies and staff behind the desks gossiping about people’s health and how “annoying” they are being. My other specialists have even had to contact her to figure out what she is even doing for me. The nurses all looked in my ear, when audre wasn’t in office , and said that I had a foreign object in my ear. To go to urgent care, have doctor get it out. It was scarred tissue ! For someone with anxiety this doesn’t help at all. Had strep throat back to back. Was testing positive everywhere but here magically. They told my insurance I wasn’t showing up to appointments yet the psychiatrist had several missed appts with me and no call no showed last minute. Pointed me for it. I wouldn’t send my worst enemy here . Do better people. Especially for us anxious patients”
“Hands down one of the worst health centers I’ve EVER been to. The front receptionist is very nice, but the OB/GYN doctors and staff attitudes are so “blah” and speak to you monotone as if they hate their job or something. I won’t be coming back. The OB/GYN I was scheduled with ( Niles, Carter) was very dense & I did not feel any warm welcome or anything that was good in my appointment. She was very informational on outside resources which was helpful, but not someone I would want to help deliver my baby near future. Your Pregnancy experience should be a great thing and an exciting thing to look forward to. This clinic will treat you as if you’re a nobody and walk around like they hate their job. Overall, very disappointed with the lack of hospitality and care.”
