What patients say on Google

“Poor standard of care. Amber Sweet does not read or respond to patient messages. Was charged for an extra appointment. Was charged exhorbitant fees from a third party lab I didn’t even know they were using. Will NEVER trust this clinic.”

“I was helping my daughter set up her first appointment, and she had the phone on speaker so I could help. She was so nice! She recommended she come in before the appointment to fill out new patient paperwork, and we had time same day, so we went in. The ladies at the desk, Anita and Julie were absolutely amazing! I've met some really rude receptionist in my time, but these two were the best!!!! I can't thank them enough for all their patience and help, and just for being kind. I'd give more stars if I could. Thanks so much for the excellent experience ladies, and keep up the good work!”
Sarah Jones
“As someone who has visited this clinic for years I wish I had a better review. The doctors and therapists I've seen here are wonderful, but the accessibility of the practice isn't. Last year they tried to start a policy which meant that if you missed appointments that your only option was to call for same day appointments. Very inaccessible for those who are low income or disabled. Meaning their most in need patients might not be able to get care. Most recently I've noticed that if you try to schedule through mychart or by text they just tell you to call which defeats the purpose of scheduling online. I really like this clinic but they aren't doing much in terms of accessibility.”

“Both Carrie and Lindsay listen to me put up with me respect me. I appreciate it.”
