“Quality of care has dropped dramatically in the past few years. Heather would order tests and not follow through explaining results. Called in with BP of 180/96 spoke to a nurse about stopping in for them to check it and I was told to go to cvs, Walgreens, Walmart or Kroger. She sent me to scheduling and I was told no time to see me then but they had an appointment in the am. Heather had just told me I had high BP. I left that appointment worried and with very little information or guidelines. After the phone call I felt like I was thrown aside. Final straw was a canceled appointment with Heather on July 2nd. I guess she decided she wanted a long holiday weekend at the expense of patients. I was told some story about her vacation being messed up. Funny, I'd had that appointment for a month and noone noticed until Monday June 29th that she had patients scheduled? I needed prescriptions refilled. Told the person I spoke to about canceled appointment this and she sent one in wrong. Said she'd call me back. Never happened. I guess when I told her I've had an appointment with a new actual MD, not an NP, scheduled for weeks and wouldn't be back she decided not to follow through. As stated ,quality of care has dropped dramatically in 8 years.”

“NP Rucker is great. She helped me maintain my prescriptions when I just moved here. No one else around greenfield would. She is sincere in listening to you and genuine with her responses. That is tough to find. The staff there is highly professional and very kind on the phone. Also tough to find.”

“I chose this facility for a new primary Care physician. First off, I called on a Monday for a pretty pressing issue with insomnia that was at a critical level and was impressed that they were able to get me in almost immediately and work around my class schedule. Amanda was chosen to be my new PCP. The wait time was very minimal and all of the staff are extremely polite. The building itself and the grounds are very clean and maintained. We did have a small fire alarm from someone potentially vaping in the lobby bathroom which evacuated the building for about 15 minutes waiting on fire department to clear the building. However, that was obviously not their fault and they handled it beautifully. They were very apologetic because of the delay. Amanda is beyond amazing! I will never ever switch doctors again after my first visit with her. I have never in all of my 42 years of life, had such a caring, knowledgeable, kind and thorough doctor. She addressed every single issue that I had and was truly listening to me, and I felt so heard. She found a solution, or we are at least beginning to work on solutions to each of the problems. Problems that I've had all of my life that no other primary care doctor has ever bothered to do anything about except to throw prescriptions at me. She's truly going above and beyond to find out what's going on with me. I'm so appreciative of this place and particularly of Amanda! Even if I relocate cities, I will absolutely still keep this office as my primary care doctors and will drive if need be. Huge thumbs up Jane Pauley Greenfield!! 😊 👋 👏💕 🤗 🏥”

“I have been calling and asking about IOP with this place for over a week. They keep saying they do not know what services they are going to be getting with the merge of gallahue (sp), but when I called gallahue, they said Jane Pauley does know and they aren't telling people until July 1st. So instead of just giving me a straight up answer for my son who is struggling with mental health they wait and then tell me today they are not going to have IOP services, however the lady from gallahue said that they will in fact have them. The only reason I gave this place two stars is because my daughter is going to start counseling with a therapist that switched to this clinic and she loves her. (She deserves 5 stars).”
