What patients say on Google
“I finally made the call to be seen for my mental health struggles. I was able to be seen a week later. I was very happy because I thought it would take months to get an appointment but then I was nervous. Wondering if I would be helped because I’m almost 62 and have been living with ADD I don’t even know, possibly over 10 years. Maybe I’ve had it my whole life idk. I am just very thankful to find people as caring as the ones are at the Jane Pauley Health Center. I am now on the right track and praying soon I see a change for the better with my life and my behavior. Don’t hesitate for years like I did. The people there care about you too!!”
“My ob is Alyssa Yeager and I just want to say that she is simply amazing. Not just her but the entire staff, has been very kind and understanding with me. I’ve had several visits due to an ongoing issue and Alyssa has listened to me and seen me all these times and has looked into issues that could be causing it. They treat my kid like their own. Professional and just very nice. They don’t judge you and actually do care about your well being. I highly recommend her .”
“I would not recommend going here for any of your needs at all. At first before I got pregnant they were super nice and answered all my questions but as time went on I realized they cared more about a check than their patients. If I would call with just a simple question they would tell me to make an appointment. Now I’m 5 weeks pregnant and I was just in the hospital a few days ago so I called them to let them know because the ER said I needed to have them do my bloodwork again in two days to check my levels to make sure I wasn’t miscarrying and their office said they would call me back. They never did. I had to call them two times for someone to get back to me. I went to the office two days later for blood tests and all I wanted to do was ask a few simple questions. The doctor was literally around the corner and I got told by the lady doing my blood withdrawal that she was heading out for the day and I could call to set up an appointment just to ask her questions. It’s just weird the way they treat you considering this is my first pregnancy and no one cared enough to tell me what was going on with my body. All I wanted was some reassurance that my baby was okay or at least some type of guidance and they couldn’t be bothered to call me back or even answer a few questions while I was in their office. If you’re gonna put a check over your patients you shouldn’t even be a doctor. Oh yeah and let me not forget to mention when I went there the day before I went to the emergency room, the nurse who was trying to get my blood but couldn’t had acrylic nails and they were filthy! Just disgusting. At least make sure they are clean if you’re going to wear them especially when you’re literally stabbing me with a needle to get my blood. Definitely do not recommend this place at all.”
“I had my first visit in this office today to establish care. Upon entering office everything was clean, I had minimal wait time. Everything in the front office was well decorated. The office staff was kind, helpful and answered questions. I've only had one visit, I was impressed with my plan of care. They have a phlebotomist in office. Overall super impressed with the time spent and helpfulness of all in the front and back office. Thank you :)”
