“Receptionist Aurora is rude, dismissive of client needs and does not care if you go cold turkey on medications that have severe discontinuation problems. Entire place is unsure of how often they need to see you in order to refill and nobody communicates it properly. Refusal to transfer a medication that was called in already but bsckordered is absurd.”
