He was an actual, “working Pharmacist previous beforehand!” To have any Dr w/ a background in Pharmacology IS A ABSOLUTE MUST! They have the knowledge in how the medication they prescribe to you works or may interact with other medications you are taking. NOT many, Psychiatrists have his background, knowledge, experience, expertise in what he prescribes to patients. He is extremely knowledgeable-excellent in ‘what’ he is prescribing to patients! If, there’s any issues n you call the office to ask to speak w/ him or have to leave a message to him, he WILL contact you back personally OR… get a message back to you through a staff member as to exactly what he wants you to do with your medication etc… Dr Jacobson works excellent w/ your other Drs, so ALL REMAIN up to date if n when, any questions or issues arises. Simply make sure you fill out your yrly HIPPA paperwork giving permission for ALL your Drs to freely release/receive/communicate/share pertinent information about you. Dr Jacobson truly does care! His Office Staff are ALL outstanding! I’ve been with Dr Jacobson for well over 10+ years. He IS the best!”
