“I Read Online That Dr James Hillard Was Highly Recommend, and He Used To Be In Ann Arbor Mi, but When I Called To Schedule They Said That He Was In Lansing, and I Scheduled Anyways. It Was The Best Decision Of My Life, because When I First Met Him He Was Very Helpful With My Situation, and Gave Me The Best Advice, because I Am A Chronic Pain Patient With High Anxiety, and Depression Due To Pain. I Have Been Doing Tele Health Appts With Him, and He's Been Doing My Medication Management, and It Has Helped Me So Very Much With That. Then When I Have My Tele Health Appts He Helps Me With Him He Has Helped Me Through So Much, and especially Now, especially After Having A Surgery Of A Removal Of A Upper, Mid, and Lower Stimulators.He Listens And Cares About Me And My Pain And Anxiety, and All Of His Patients. I Don't Know Where I Would Be Without Him As My Psychiatrist, and I So Very Blessed To Have Him As My Doctor. I Greatly Appreciate His Support, Care, Concern, and His Lifestance Staff When I Need To Reschedule, or Need A Urgent Appt, because They Help Me With That l Also Really Appreciated It. I Also Really Like Using The Lifestance Portal Where I Can Send Messages To My Psychiatrist, and He Messages Me Back. I Highly Recommend Dr James Hillard To Anyone As A Physchatrist To Anyone Needing Help With A Physician Who Cares About His Patients!!!”

“Life stance health has been wonderful throughout all of the struggles that I have had gone through since Jan of 2023. The psychiatrist. I 100% recommend James Hillard depending on insurance or if he is accepting new patients but keep that name in mind. He is wonderful. He is workable absolutely amazing !!! Not once have I ever felt like I’ve been talked down to as if I was a kid the office treat you very kindly put your information in when you call and request things and stuff like that. They’re on top of everything overall my experience the only bad experience I have is with the NP or PAs. I do not recommend those , I have a lot of rare health conditions so that’s why Dr. Hillard has been wonderful. He’s been accommodating absolutely amazing. He has gotten me to a level where I am mentally stable. I can think clearly he gives recommendations very personable easy-going to get along with.
