“To be honest, this is a huge agency across the US so it was a little intimidating going on the website but I was referred by a professional and I was trying to figure out the correct assessment and location online. However, when I called, the intake person/receptionist was super friendly and made the process easy. I really liked that I got to choose the gender of who I saw and also that they scheduled a follow-up apt all at the same time. Check-in is super easy and the professional I see is very personable, validating, and , and accommodating. Highly recommend!!!”
