What patients say on Google

“⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I cannot say enough amazing things about Jajo Psychiatry. From the moment I walked in, I was welcomed with open arms and absolutely zero judgment. The entire environment feels safe, supportive, and genuinely caring. Shahad & Mackenzie are truly amazing. They took the time to really listen to me, understand what I was going through, and create a plan that actually helped me get my life back on track. I never felt rushed, dismissed, or misunderstood — which makes all the difference when you’re dealing with your mental health. The front desk receptionist is also wonderful — kind, professional, and always welcoming. From scheduling to check-ins, everything runs smoothly and respectfully. If you’re looking for a place that treats you like a human being and not just another appointment on the calendar, this is it. I’m beyond grateful for the care and support I’ve received here. Highly recommend!”

“She was so nice and caring. It is hard in mental health to find someone who will listen and understand. I was so elated that she gave so much information and showed so much concern. Also the front desk was so open and kind easy to talk to and fruendly. I am glad our doctor referred us here. Its hard to find a place where people care. This place definitely is it. Went beyond checking all my boxes👌”

“I would STRONGLY urge anyone considering this provider to think twice. (A long read, but 100% honest—unfortunately.) I am beyond frustrated and honestly shocked at the level of unprofessionalism I’ve experienced with this office. I had a scheduled appointment—scheduled by THEIR OFFICE—for today at 9:30 AM. This was the only time offered where I would not be abruptly cut off from the medication Stacee prescribed me. I arranged my entire work schedule around the one time slot THEY provided. Then, about 20 minutes before my scheduled appointment, I received a call saying I had a $360 balance due. No warning. No prior communication. Just dropped on me at the last minute. At no point was I told that my appointment would essentially be canceled if this suddenly mentioned balance wasn’t paid. To be crystal clear: there was NEVER any prior notice about this. After that call, I never received a follow-up, a phone call, a Zoom link—nothing. Not a single word regarding my scheduled appointment. Not only did my provider fail to reach out at all, but every attempt I made to contact the office was completely ignored. No response. No follow-up. Zero accountability. And this is not an isolated issue. Last month, during my scheduled appointment with Stacee, after adjusting my work schedule yet again to accommodate their time, I was spoken to disrespectfully and then abruptly hung up on within minutes. I followed up multiple times via email asking for an explanation. I never received a single response. No apology. No attempt to resolve anything. This shows a clear and ongoing pattern of disrespect and a complete lack of genuine care for a patient of 4–5 years. What makes this even worse is the real impact this has had on me. Because of their lack of communication and follow-through, I am now dealing with being abruptly off medication they prescribed—with zero guidance or support. That is not just unprofessional—it’s irresponsible. It is incredibly disappointing that a place claiming to provide mental health care can treat patients this way. Again, I strongly urge anyone considering this provider to think twice. No one seeking help should ever be treated like this.”
