What patients say on Google

“She about killed me. Cut me off my nerve pills because of pain medication due to broken back. 1 year later I lost 100 lbs and stood up for toilet and blackout, smacked head on a wall and laid there lord knows how long. Pain doctor was very unimpressed and mad. Then after I had to leave her. Found out she didn't even have my original medical records from 1st nervous breakdown top psychiatrist in state of Illinois was original doctor Dr Dang. Head of State Hospital. How do you treat a patient without going by past and original records.”
Janet Storey
“Jamie has helped me so much. She has helped me navigate depression and anxiety, getting the right diagnosis for my neurodivergent brain, and not just throwing medication at me, but finding what works for my body and alternatives when my body rejects options. She listens and takes everything in, seeing a big picture not just the moment. She works through all of the pieces with you. She's been a consistent that gives me peace and strength to keep working towards my health.”
Rachel Lawhon
“I have known and seen Jaime for years and love her! She is very attentive to how I am feeling and tries different or new meds to help with my depression/anxiety. She checks up on me to see how I’m doing on them. Her office/computer system can be wonkers and loses refill/question request but they are quick to correct any issues and refills.”
Michelle Zarzeck
“Biggest frustration: their phone system. You cannot get anyone...EVER. I literally got in my car and drove 25 minutes to get pharmacy change. At that time, I told the DEA was cracking down on them and they are not allowed to reroute scripts. This, in itself, shows that they are over-prescribing. I work in a Dr's office and we reroute every day due to the shortage. When I saw Jaime Mendoza I felt as if she didn't engage.”
