How likely are you to recommend Jacqueline Williams, Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner?
What patients say on Google
“Awesome Clinician! Very caring, understanding and listens. Easy to speak with and I highly recommend. Ignore the few negative reviews because those are the ones that are miserable and never gets their way. Jacqueline is a problem solver and I would choose her all over and over again.”
“Awful person. Turns anything on to herself and "how dare you hang up on me". The conversation was done Ms. Williams. I listened to you go on and on about how dare I get upset about you all stating you did not have my testing (which was sent 1 week ago). However you had received it but did nothing with it until I called. Jacqueline Williams and one of the operators immediately acted in defense. They both treated me like I was a criminal of how I was upset. I don't know what is wrong with this two but if you need a boo hoo bandaid go back to school to learn how to do your job and not think it's about you. I called for me. I am not going to apologize for being upset that you all did not respond to my information a week ago and you still had it somewhere that it was not in my file, even though it was clearly marked. Very bad personnel...Jacqueline Williams and the original Operator who berated me in more time then I questioned where my paperwork, which was finally found.”
“I have been seeing Ms. Williams for a while now and she has to be one of my favorite providers. She is kind and empathetic, and takes time to educate and discuss patient concerns and is really helpful in navigating whatever comes along.”
“Jaqueline was very unconcerned. She mostly just tried to give more medication for issues. Uses less than 5 minutes to have a "conversation". Do not book with her if you are looking for any emotional support. Great at giving medication!”
