We have seen more progress in speech and oral feeding than any other therapy that she has or is doing. Heather has also been great at educating us (her parents) on things that we can do at home to help Lola progress. Heather has been nothing short of amazing with my daughter and dealing with us (her parents). We are extremely happy and fortunate to have Heather as a part of our daughter’s life.”

“If you take Suboxone do not go here!! I had a carpal tunnel release surgery and I take Suboxone. I was told that this wouldn't be a problem there was medication that could be prescribed to me that would help with my pain. I got a call telling me to stop my Suboxone three days prior to surgery so I did and I had my surgery. I was not given anything but ibuprofen 800mg for pain. I cried from pain for two days. I called the office and they never returned my call. I discussed this with the Dr before I had surgery and her assured me that he would take care of me,there was pain medicine that he could give me that wouldn't interfere with my Suboxone. They did not give me nothing for pain. They didn't even seem to acknowledge the pain that I was in, they didn't care!!! They put it off on my Suboxone. I took Suboxone for my own personal reasons. I stopped taking as I was told and I never received nothing for pain. I've had several surgeries and this one has been the worse one I've ever had. I had to suck it up and just lie there and hurt. I wouldn't recommend Dr punnet Bhatia especially if your a Suboxone patient. He'll tell you to stop taking it only to tell you he won't give you nothing for pain because you was on Suboxone. This is far the worse experience I've ever had. I wouldn't recommend going to him if your on Suboxone and I'm not sure if recommend going to him if your not on Suboxone. I do want to say though there was a nurse in the recovery room ,Frankie,she was absolutely great.. She needs to be recognized for her caring and bedside manner because it was absolutely the greatest.. I will remember her kindness for the rest of my life. She was awesome!!!!”

“Had a MRI done today at Jackson Purchase Medical Center. I was nervous and didn’t know what to expect. Doug Story was My MRI technician. He was very knowledgeable. He answered all my questions and addressed all my concerns. He made sure I was comfortable and knew what it was going to happen and how long it was going to take. Doug was friendly and seemed sincere and caring. My Nervousness went away.”
