What patients say on Google
“Kailey Davis sat with a med student, looking at my chart and laughing while I talked to her about my health problems. She’s a real winner. I will never forget how unprofessional she is in general. Love Dr. Kent though! Great man.”
“HORRIBLE people!!! Beware!!! Look up reviews for yourself! Dr Kent is not a good person!!! Staff is horrendous! They are non caring and dishonest!! Because of Dr Kent and his staff, I have been put in a very bad medical situation and conditions! Life threatening conditions! I am currently in legal council. If you have been mistreated by him also, contact me! This could be a class action law suit.”
“Dr. Kent gets a million stars. He's the very best and has all the qualities a great dr should (attentive, compassionate, listens, cares, actually gives a damn about his patients. We need more drs like him tbh! I will follow him wherever he goes). He filled in at Millbrook Ivy Creek after my PCP died and I followed him back to the Wetumpka location. Unfortunately, the rest of the building is not as awesome as he is. The front desk folks get zero stars. IDK if they have had a big turn over recently or what, but I can't even get anyone to answer the phone to verify my appt time/date. I'd like to think it is a fluke but this has been consistent and getting worse for 2-3 months now. Today, was the worst though, they finally did answer, but immediately put me on hold and never came back (it was NOT during lunch) and I called back around 7 times over the course of about an hour (with 2 different ppl answering) and not once did they even come back or ask what I needed. This was option 1 for the appt line. Additionally, there has been some issues with not getting PAs or prescriptions sent through at reasonable times and things like that. If you have access to the patient portal, use it. That was the only way I was able to get a message to Dr. Kent, and also verify my appt time. I hope they can get their front office staff sorted. I also hope everyone was okay today, b/c aside from there being an actual emergency I don't understand the lack of service from the appt line.”
“Dr Kent is great! Always have a positive interaction when I have an appointment with him, and feel like I have made genuine progress in resolving my health issues with him as my doctor. The few times I've seen a different doctor or practitioner here or at the hospital, I tend to not have a great experience at all, so I try to stick to seeing Dr Kent as much as possible.”
