“I really appreciate the help on getting started. However, amber was, in my opinion, unprofessional. I needed help after a medication caused a mood change. She offered no guidance and when I needed guidance and knowledge on medication, she didn't not offer any. Then when I shut down because of the lack of care I felt from my provider, she seemed to not care. I work in healthcare and I can not let my modo affect patients. I transferred to a different itrust location, and I have had a great experience. Good office, and I have recommended several people to itrust after my experience. Just a let down and bad experience with provider.”
