What patients say on Google
“They will cancel your appointment even after checking in. I checked in and waited an hour to find out they cancel my kids appointment. I have also waited over 15 minutes for other appointments for my kids. Not worth your time to sit around and not be seen at your scheduled timeframe.”
“I am new to the area and received a referral from my insurance carrier for this location. I called to schedule a new patient appointment. The woman seemed quite bothered that she was taking my call and had to answer any questions. She sighed very heavily in my ear like I was bothering her to do her job which she is paid to do. I was so unimpressed with her customer service that I told her never mind, it appeared I was bothering her and I would find another doctors office and hung up. Unfortunately she is representing the office and their doctors, so the doctor never got the chance to prove they were a good doctor because the first impression of the office staff was so rude that I could never believe I could expect a good experience in that office.”
“Very disappointed with them with my daughter if you have a actual issue your better off going somewhere else not only do they have a very rude secretary they ended up dropping my daughter because they didn't want to help her with her issue a day before her next appointment”
“Dr. Donald McKeel DO is strictly for (easy pregnancy check-ups) Obstetrics or (easy physicals) Gynecology. He doesn’t handle complex clients well at all like peri or menopausal women, extensive female hormonal concerns or labs to help seek out possible issues for treatment. He will laugh at you for trying to ask questions that you’re not sure of and tell you to stop Googling which was not my case. He made a very insensitive comment about me being on a laundry of meds. He told me he didn’t have time for all my “problems”. He put down my OBGYN from 1994 on how a medical procedure was handled saying it was unnecessary, incorrect and wrong medical practice. He said he’s been in practice 20 years and wouldn’t do that. He will spontaneously laugh throughout your appointment, interrupt you and if you repeat yourself he’ll say “You said that” in a dismissive way. I will be finding a better suited Doctor for my specific Care. I will never return to him.”
