“This clinic has some very interesting operational procedures that allow for lots of flexibility when it comes to appointment setting, Dr. Pollack was very professional and understanding, clinging strongly to her best knowledge of practice, but lacked a realistic understanding, in the matter of actually getting to know an individual to determine there actual state of mind. I didn't like that my therapist and Dr. Pollack didn't communicate about my therapy sessions and I found myself having to go over the same story with them and that caused for some discomfort with my attending this clinic which in turn lead me to the decision of parting ways with the clinic and searching for a new doctor. .”

“I told my doctor Dr. Marya Pollack and my social worker the landlord Jose Tur is trying to evict me and all they do is give me the runaround they refuse to help me which is their job I have been living in my apartment since birth and it's now in my name I have all the rights”
