I found her when looking for a practice that is certified for a certain gene test panel so I do a simple swab test and learn about what genetic markers might predispose me to have better success with certain medications (which I think is so cool and seems still sci-fi). she’s very knowledgeable with anxiety and depression medication I could tell right away, and she is super personable and disarming and just awesome. “Absolutely horrible experience I tried to set up an initial appointment with Lauren, and her receptionist named Jose repeatedly asked for PII (a copy of my insurance, details on previous medications, address, phone number, etc). Over email before setting up a secure patient portal ( I stated multiple times I’d be happy to share that information over the portal) I don’t believe this practice is HIPPA compliant and demonstrates an unacceptable lack of regard for patients privacy/data. Additionally communication with Lauren’s office has been terrible. Jose did not get back to me, I came in to the office with the understanding that I had an appointment set up to sort this out in person, only to be told Lauren wasn’t even there. The folks in the office were rude and not understanding Overall this was a massive waste of time and incredibly unprofessional at best”
