“I thought therapy was unnecessary. Hated the idea of it. I was referred after my dad passed and idk what made me try it but I'm glad I did. Now, I think it's highly necessary for everyone and Interlude is a great place to start. Not only do they have a number of therapist to select from, they offer in person and virtual appts. I recommended a few friends and 2 of them went and they love it too. And we all each have a different therapist.”
