“I previously had a great relationship with my previous PA who left the office a few weeks ago. I tried someone new to request a short leave from work. It was not granted and it felt as if this office was more concerned with increasing meds and scheduling additional appointments to charge your insurance than the actual welfare of their patients. If you really need help, seek it elsewhere.”

“Cancellation policy will make you suicidal. They ONLY take BCBS and appts with the main doctor cost $250. I canceled an appt because i couldn't afford it (despite needing my meds) and since it wasnt 72 hrs notice (called too late on a Friday when my appt was on Tuesday and they were closed), they informed me they charge $150 for cancelation with less than 72hrs notice....how are you going to be a mental health professional and charge THAT much for a cancelled appt? This is a great office for rich people but if you don't have the extra $$$, view other options. This office values profit over everything.”

“Great staff! Marisa the PA is AWESOME! I've never felt so cared for by a psychiatry group before. Appointments are timely and while in there, I am given sufficient time to share how the meds are or are not working for me. If any med changes are made, I'm VERBALLY told potential side effects, I'm asked if I have any questions, etc. I NEVER feel rushed while there like I have in other physicians offices. I highly recommend this office to anyone who needs the help of a psychiatrist!!! I'd give 10 stars if I could 😊❤️”
